Mr. Levow represented the lead defendant in the biggest DWI case in New Jersey history - State v. Chun. This case challenged the reliability of the Alcotest breath testing machine used in New Jersey breath testing. Evan was also the first attorney in the state of New Jersey to be qualified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration as an Instructor in Field Sobriety Testing. Evan teaches other lawyers as well as prosecutors and police officers throughout New Jersey on the proper protocol for roadside testing.
