- Estate planning
With more than 40 years of legal experience, our lead attorney possesses the extensive skills and resources necessary to handle your matter efficiently, and we promise to do whatever we can to increase your chances of obtaining your goals as cost-effectively as possible.
Attorney Cappuccio received his Bachelor of Science in foreign service with a concentration in international economics and finance from Georgetown University in 1974, and he then completed European law studies at the University of Exeter in 1975. After this, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and his masters of law in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1977.
Throughout the course of his legal career, Mr. Cappuccio has represented a diverse range of clients throughout the United States and across the globe with their tax issues, business organization and other matters. He can also help you implement strategies aimed at helping your business grow and remain competitive and profitable in today's dynamic market.
However, his main area of focus has always been tax law, and he has fought and negotiated with the IRS on behalf of our clients for issues involving tax audits, tax collections, sales tax matters and more. Since he has never worked directly for the IRS, he has no former ties to the agency, so you can trust that he will remain a stanch advocate for you and do everything he can to improve the likelihood that you will achieve the favorable outcome you expect and deserve. For more information on how our firm can best serve your needs, you can contact Ronald J. Cappuccio, JD at our Cherry Hill law office to schedule an initial consultation. We also offer virtual consultations in an effort to help keep you safe in these uncertain times.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
