Hired Attorney 2025-2026I highly recommend Mr. Ginter and his law office to represent you in your real estate transaction. I have only the highest regard for him and his team. Mr. Ginter guided my wife and me through a rather challenging real estate transaction. During the process, he warned us of potential risks, established a contract rider that protected us from liability in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and answered all of our detailed questions with clarity and consistency. Mr. Ginter is extremely dedicated to his clients, moved along the transaction quickly, and often answered our emails within moments. Numerous issues arose during the transaction, none of which were our fault or his, and most of which would have discouraged a less experienced attorney. Mr. Ginter was able to allow us to navigate through these problems, and in the end we reached a closing that was very favorable to us.
