Hired Attorney 2022-2025I was involved in 2 back to back no-fault car accidents within 9 months of each other, which led me to having sustained injuries that altered my life path drastically. I went from being an occupational therapist helping others out of bed in hospitals to the one that needed help out of bed and even off the floor at times. Initially, I wasn't going to pursue a lawsuit, but it was quickly revealed to me how these insurance systems are designed to fill their own pockets out of greed at the expense of the innocent. I prayed and I prayed for God to lead me to the right people who would fight for me in The Name of Justice. It was one morning that I was led to call Jack Bingham for consultation. From the start, it was clear that he has a heart that seeks Justice and True Righteousness, while showing sincere compassion, honesty and empathy. I knew in my heart that this attorney was the one that God was sending me to and that he was the one that The Lord would use to show His Hand of Might move through in Victory for both of my claims that I hired Jack Bingham to represent me in. What the case settled at far exceeded what I expected. In fact, it was said to me that the result was "unheard of" for someone in my my situation. In my heart, I knew Jack Bingham was the one chosen to represent me and I'm so thankful to God for him. He is forthright, virtuous, honest, compassionate and empathetic... All the virtues that one would want in an attorney to fight for them.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
