Katherine "Kate" Gomolson has been a family law attorney since 2009. She practices in all areas of family law including divorce, child custody, visitation, child and spousal support, property distribution, paternity and post-degree litigation. A versatile attorney, Katherine provides her clients with a wide range of legal options for resolving their disputes. She possesses the skills to provide the right means of solving the issues in each unique case, whether it involves artful negotiation, mediation, a contested evidentiary hearing, or trial.

Katherine Gomolson attended New York University and Drexel University and received her B.S. in General Studies. She attended St. Thomas University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Kate was a Mock Trial Team Member and Competitor, a Student Bar Association Senator, Law School Liaison/Officer to the Public Interest Student Law Association, Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity Justice, Member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and Member of the Environmental Law Society. Kate attended New York University and Drexel University and received her B.S. in General Studies.

She was the recipient of the American Bar Association Public Fellowship Award, and the Book Award in International Arbitration as well as a Deans List student. Kate also worked as a legal intern for the St. Thomas Human Rights Institute and with the Law Offices of Russel Lazega. Kate began practicing family law in 2010 and, since 2013,fd has focused her practice exclusively on complex divorce and family law matters, including high net worth divorce, custody, and support matters. She also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting separation and settlement agreements and litigating complex, contested family law matters, including relocations and child abductions.
