Andy started his own practice after serving as a prosecutor in New York and New Jersey for seven and a half years, covering his tenure at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, New York State Attorney General's Office, and Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office. During that time, Andy gained invaluable experience by handling over one thousand criminal cases, ranging from relatively minor matters to complex white collar crime to violent street crime. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Andy worked with at-risk youth as a social worker, and earned a Master of Social Work. Since opening The Law Office of Andy Weinstein, Esq., Andy has focused on residential real estate transactions and criminal defense matters.
