    TOO TOO EXPENSIVE. States he only litigates- not trying to reach-out with a letter or phone. He is not worth $650 per hour, Manhattan lawyers do not get that. Shop around he is a rip-off. I guess his military background did not help.. THATS KEVIN BARBER FOR U His consult fee is $750
