Hired Attorney 2020couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was in some trouble that I've never been on before, I reached out to Gregory Stanley Attorney at Law and my mind was immediately put to ease, his office staff was exceptional, Stanley reached out to me right away, I filled him in on what was going on and he told me not to worry and don't lose any sleep. Naturally come court day I was extremely nervous, Stan handled things with confidence, I was facing a hefty traffic ticket and some other serious charges.. Stan was able to get my traffic down to a non moving violation, and i left only having to pay a fine for other charges. Stan is definitely the best choice if you ever find yourself having any legal issues.

Hired Attorney 2018-2019Mr.Stan R.Gregory is an excellent lawyer! I had an injury at work and was hesitant to pursue any help for my compensation. All of the commercials seemed so goofy. Then I decided to look for help. I found Mr. Stan R.Gregory and made an appt. I really felt secure from the beginning, and readily placed all my confidence into Mr. Gregory and his team (Andrea and Brandy). Andrea and Brandy were not only helpful with what my part was and what I needed to do...great patience. 🙂 I made the right choice!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
