Consulted Attorney 2023Without a doubt this man represents the clear biases in a divorce case. He has legitimate evidence that the other party was holding back and hiding money; and also that the means in which she worked, were both illegal and should have negated any signatures prior….Mr. Bachman sided with her and her party. I feel violated in every possible way that he didn’t even demand evidence from her to show the truth and rather throw out the past similar case that showed that an initial settlement should have been vacated as a result of trading X for Y when X wasn’t allowed to be traded for Y. He sided with a huge law firm vs. my attorney because I believe it was about business and about referrals. He is a nice man on the outside, and I don’t want to believe this but the law is the law and he basically decided as if he was a God and not following the outline written in the law. I’m appalled and this should make you realize that the legal system has flaws but maybe it’s best to stay within the footings of the judge and not a person who thinks they are above the law. It wasn’t even a question going in that we would have had this opened back up; and I have no clear evidence, confidance or understanding on what the decision was made on. It makes me wonder about the old school “greasing of someone’s pockets, to get more business further down the line,” similarly to Bribing or conducting themselves on the mantra of “who will give me more business going forward.” It’s pathetic too as this man makes you know he is Uber wealthy, witnessed my estranged going ballistic on me in front of him, and even lead my party to the belief that we absolutely had a case to re-open things on the basis of the information being falsified, having me sign under pressure, and knowing my weakness was my kids and using that to gain a very large sum of money. I honestly fear the power of this man and what he may do to me; but I’ll be the sacrifice to make sure others never deal with such a terrible situation such as divorce being handled by someone that can’t end explain his decision, yet alone it be one of fair, truthful and unbiased to both sides…….

Hired Attorney 2019-2020DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR DIVORCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. My experience with this law firm was absolutely herrendous!!! Mr. Bachman and his firm are a prime example of the corruption in our legal system. He is a thief, lies under oath to save his own skin and the reason why so many people have a distaste for attorneys. If you are foolish enough to retain him, my best advice is "less is more". The less he knows about your finances the better off you will be. Mr. Bachman has demonstrated his ability to be manipulative, unethical, and untrustworthy. Do not trust him to represent your best interests in your divorce. Mr. Bachman and Mr. Dwyer have no interest other than to take your money. Please stay away from this firm. You will regret it, I sure do. The biggest mistake of my life was to trust Mr. Bachman and his firm to represent my best interests in my divorce. I am forced to put 1 star to just to be able to post and warn others of these predators. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR YOUR DIVORCE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
