Overview
Michael A. Manna, Esq. is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College and a Cum Laude Graduate of Boston College Law School. After working in the tax department of the CPA firm of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. known as KPMG, he entered the private practice of law in 1975. Mr. Manna is the senior partner in his firm, is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts and is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Committees for both the Bergen County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Since 1975, Michael only handles Elder Law, Medicaid, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and related matters. He is a licensed provider of mandatory continuing education for certified public accountants, certified life underwriters, certified financial planners, social workers, nursing home administrators and assisted living administrators. He has served on the faculty of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education, an organization dedicated to the education of attorneys. For four years, Mr. Manna was co-host of a legal call in show, "Mind Your Legal Manners", on Juke Box Radio, 103.9 FM.
