John M. Piro, Esq. is a Senior Trial Attorney with Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., and concentrates his practice on personal injury cases, automotive negligence, and premises liability cases including slip, trip and fall claims. He is Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, an honor bestowed upon less than 2% of all New Jersey lawyers. John mostly represents people who were injured in motor vehicle collisions with cars, trucks, and busses. He is experienced in representing clients in matters involving medical malpractice and hospital negligence. He has litigated cases and has represented clients in the Superior Court of New Jersey in most counties. John’s prior employment as an insurance company defense attorney gives him a unique perspective on how to obtain the most favorable settlement results from auto insurance carriers. Additionally, he has experience in conducting and defending insurance fraud investigations and served as a prominent member of the Special Investigations Unit for a major insurance company.

John graduated Cum Laude from Fordham University, and went on to earn his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law, and was an Associate Editor of the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal.

John is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the US District Court of New Jersey, and the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
