Overview
Robert G. “Bob” Babcock has spent more than 30 years handling criminal investigations, courtroom litigation, and high-stakes defense matters throughout New York state and federal courts.
As a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York, Bob investigated and prosecuted serious criminal cases involving homicide, narcotics trafficking, organized crime, violent felonies, firearms offenses, and white collar crimes. Today, he uses that same prosecutorial knowledge and investigative experience to aggressively defend individuals and businesses facing criminal allegations.
Bob has represented clients in matters ranging from misdemeanor charges and DWI offenses to complex federal prosecutions involving fraud, drug trafficking, money laundering, organized crime, and violent offenses. His practice is focused entirely on criminal defense, investigations, and wrongful conduct litigation.
