Hired Attorney 2025-2026I worked directly with Caroline Myrdek Guiles during my home buying process, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Communication was consistently slow, and responses often took far longer than expected. Throughout the transaction, I felt that matters were handled at her pace rather than with the urgency or attention a client would reasonably expect during a real estate closing. This made an already stressful process even more frustrating. When the deal ultimately did not move forward, I was especially disappointed with the lack of advocacy. When I needed assistance recovering my security deposit, I did not feel supported or represented. I was advised to pursue the matter on my own through small claims court and informed that no further help would be provided unless additional fees were paid. Overall, I did not feel prioritized, protected, or adequately represented. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with Caroline Myrdek Guiles again and would not recommend her to others seeking legal representation for a real estate transaction.
