Emanuel N. Mouganis is a native of Brockport with strong ties to his community. He received his Juris Doctor and Master of Law from University at Buffalo School of Law and worked for both the State Attorney's Office and Offices of the United States Attorneys prior to establishing his own firm.
Mr. Mouganis is a strong litigator who has tried civil and criminal cases at both the trial and appellate levels. In addition to trying cases, he also frequently uses mediation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms so as to obtain the best possible results for clients.
