    David Hernandez was knowledgeable and effective in helping me to hold the doctors and hospital responsible for their negligent behavior that cost my father his life. The process is not easy and it can take longer then you want but he made sure I was aware of the process and was thorough in guiding me through it. I would recommend him.

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
