Hired Law firm 2020My case was very stressful. I was denied worker’s comp before I ever saw a doctor. I went to this law firm hoping they would take my case. I’m sure most lawyers wouldn’t have wanted to handle it because I was going against a major company I work for after being sexually assaulted multiple times. After meeting with the supervisor at the law office, Diana Cervantes, she was willing to take my case on to the lawyers. She put me at ease and I knew they were going to do the best they could to defend me. I must say i emailed her multiple times and she always returned the email or called me back right away. Today on the court call, i was represented by Amanda Katz. I was so frustrated not being able to speak however Mrs Katz didn't show any hesitation pointing out the inconsistencies in the company’s witness testimonies. She was unbelievable. Regardless of the outcome, i felt like she did her best to represent me and was so glad to have her on my side.. The outcome was favorable and I could not stop crying. Finally, i feel like justice has been served and my case is finally established. It is never ok to be subjected to sexual assault and it is even worse when you get victimized again for reporting it.
