Hired Attorney 2016-2018My two and a half year journey began by leaving a message for Daniel Oliviero over a weekend in April, 2016, because I was concerned about Medicare fraud taking place in the office that I worked. I had chosen Hodgson Russ LLP based on the website and not on referral. Dan promptly called me back, listened, and set up a meeting for a few weeks later. After this meeting, they agreed to take my FCA case. I worked very closely with Reetuparna (Reena) Dutta, who is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in her field. Reena operates at the highest level of professionalism, and devotes many hours outside of the work week to phone calls and complaint structuring/revisions. At the height of our case, I was on the phone with her almost every weeknight, and once or twice on the weekends, and of course, I was not her only client. Commencing to be a whistleblower is not for the faint of heart, but I was supported the whole way.
