Hired Attorney 2003-2022This attorney was best friends with my mother in law for 30 years. I worked for her in her law office at one time, and she has been my attorney for different reasons for years, once in which she represented my son that she is now trying to destroy for my ex daughter in law. She sees no problem with this conflict of interest. That is a vile betrayal of my family, a family she has represented for 30+ years. Ask yourself, if you really want a souless immoral fake representing you berore hiring this fraud.

Consulted Attorney 2010-2011Veronica Kosich, is a very strong and powerful woman who has knocked every obstacle down that has stood in her way from the start. As a Green County Resident, there is no doubt about it that this would be who I call to handle my legal matters. A true inspiration on how to get things down quick and efficient. I strongly recommend.

Hired Attorney 2016-2019Agree with previous review 100%! Veronica never represented our claims and refused going to trial which my grandson insisted on. Now she's suing in small claims for money she did nothing for. In fact, by doing nothing to represent us, put our 4 yr old great-grandson in harm's way. By court order he is now back with his father! Thank God and the Judge, NOT our useless attorney, Veronica!!! Our free court-appointed attorney is doing everything Veronica refused to do. Save your money!

Hired Attorney 2019Veronica was the worst attorney ever. She does nothing for you and expects payment. She sued for me for $200 in small claims. Think before you use her as an attorney.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
