Hired Law firm 2024-2025Tried working with this firm for a period of 9 months. They failed on every occasion. These consistent failures were of huge consequences to me. It's extremely hard to get in touch with the staff, poor service and poor communication. I'm only dealing with this office for almost one and half month but I'm really disappointed. I'm getting a substitute law firm. Please protect yourself and find a better legal group.

Hired Law firm 2021-2022There's no representation, these ppl are crooks. If Justice existed they wouldn't have a license to practice in law.

Hired Law firm 2020-2022This law firm is amazing. The paralegal name Yadira was extremely helpful, answered my emails and all questions that I had for her. I would recommend this firm for anyone that has a worker’s compensation case.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
