A couple of years ago I was hit head on by a truck on my way home from work. The injuries lasted much longer than I had hoped, so a colleague recommended that I contact John Degasperis. Throughout the process I found John to be responsive, persistent compassionate and, most importantly, competent. When a meager settlement offer was made, John asked me for my decision and it was without hesitation that I refused the offer and opted for a trial.
