Founding partner Jonathan Kurta began his legal career defending brokerage firms and that experience provides direct insight into how the securities industry responds to investor complaints. Our process begins with a thorough examination of account statements, trade histories, emails and text messages, allowing us to compare your instructions to your broker with the transactions that actually took place. Once misconduct is identified, we quantify the resulting losses, prepare the FINRA arbitration claim and enter into negotiations with the brokerage firm. Our objective is to secure a fair settlement through mediation; however, we are fully prepared to present your case at a hearing should that become necessary.
