Sisun Law is led by Scott M. Sisun, a former USPTO trademark examiner with more than 20 years of trademark law experience. During his tenure in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Scott reviewed and analyzed thousands of trademark applications, gaining first hand insight into how examiners evaluate filings, issue refusals, and determine registrability.
