In that capacity he attends all Board Meetings and provides advice to the Board. He also actively reviews all closing and title documents, executes document on behalf of the CIDA and attends closings on their behalf.

Hired Attorney 2025I hired him for a housing matter he never returned phone calls Nothing seemed to be done despite all my efforts and my trust when lawyer did call back was on vacation and never in the office to answer my questions no office hours or staff just an answering machine where you pick an extension lawyer charged more than half more than my prior attorney I had 2 months ago for the same matter and the prior attorney closed the deal and even refunded me $600 this lawyer never finished the job sent me an outrageous bill not stating what each charge was for The lawyer wanted my deposit which was my money coming back to me because he didn’t close the deal he wanted me to pay the bill with it I asked for a itemised bill and a copy of the signed contract I don’t have that kind of money if it had closed it would have come out of the mortgage not my pocket unprofessional and not skilled attorney pathetic I still don’t know about that bill he can take my to court I’m willing to pay but I need to see what I’m paying for it is my right do not hire
