Consulted Attorney 2021I recently reached out to Mr. Bryant in regards to a potential Breach of Employment Contract case. I wanted to know if I had a leg to stand on, and what my possible damages could be. To say that he went above and beyond would be a monumental understatement. The amount of time, thoughtfulness, and effort that he clearly put into his interactions with me were clear from our very first conversation. His bedside manner is exceptional. When you are speaking with Mr. Bryant, you feel that he cares about you not only as a client but as a person. It is clear that Mr. Bryant is a compassionate man and understands how stressful and frustrating the legal process can be for the average person. To illustrate just how above-and-beyond he went for me, he was answering my emails and returning my calls while he was out of the state on vacation. I do not know of many attorneys who make themselves available when on vacation. To summarize: this man stands out as one of the most caring legal professionals I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend that you reach out to him with any legal needs that you may have; you will be very happy that you did.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
