From our White Plains, New York, office, we represent individuals facing serious criminal allegations and work to protect their legal rights while pursuing the most favorable resolution available under the circumstances.
Experience is central to our approach. Founding attorneys Jeffery Greco and Dustan Neyland previously served as prosecutors, giving our firm firsthand knowledge of the criminal justice process from the government's perspective. We use that understanding to examine the prosecution's evidence, identify potential issues and determine how best to respond to the allegations against our clients.
We handle cases involving a broad spectrum of criminal charges, including assault, violent crimes, murder, robbery, sexual assault, domestic violence and child pornography. Our attorneys also represent individuals accused of DWI, drug crimes, theft, burglary, gun charges and prostitution. In addition, we take on federal criminal matters and assist eligible clients with expungements.
Over the years, we have helped more than 2,500 clients. That experience has taught us the importance of treating every client and every case individually. We do not rely on a one-size-fits-all defense. Instead, we consider the allegations, available evidence, potential consequences and the client's goals when developing a strategy.
Our commitment to careful representation is reflected in our case results. In one theft matter, a client was accused of taking merchandise from a department store and was captured on video. The charge was ultimately dismissed. In another case, a client faced a felony theft allegation involving more than $50,000 in restaurant equipment. Although the client was arrested with the allegedly stolen property in a U-Haul truck in the client's name, the charge was dismissed.
