Founded by former prosecutors Jeffery Greco and Dustan Neyland, our firm brings a distinctive perspective to criminal defense. Having worked within the prosecution system, our founding attorneys understand the considerations that can shape a criminal case. We apply that knowledge when reviewing evidence, challenging allegations, negotiating resolutions and preparing for litigation.
Our attorneys represent clients in a wide variety of criminal matters. These include DWI and drug crimes, theft and burglary, assault and domestic violence, gun charges, prostitution, sexual assault, child pornography, robbery, murder, and other violent crimes. We also handle federal crimes and help eligible clients pursue expungements when available.
Since our firm's founding, we have helped more than 2,500 clients. Each case receives individual attention because the circumstances surrounding a criminal accusation are never identical. We take time to understand what happened, explain the potential legal consequences and develop a strategy that reflects the particular facts of the case.
Our experience includes obtaining dismissals in challenging theft matters. In one case, a client was accused of stealing items from a department store and was seen on video leaving without paying. The theft charge was dismissed. In another case, the client faced a felony allegation involving the theft of more than $50,000 in restaurant equipment and was arrested with the allegedly stolen items in a U-Haul truck belonging to the client. That charge was also dismissed.
