Mitchell Cohen gets people arrested!he tells his clients if there's an order of protection to have the other party falsely arrest "they won't get in trouble" he also claims he has his client's backs when in reality all Mitchell does is cover up conspiracies and lies for his clients but due to the nature of this argument he should be disbarred from practice! no lawyer should be telling his clients "yeah that S.O.B locked up so you win full custody!" let's be real here would you take advice from a pea-sized guy who only wants to use you to further his agenda? would you respect a man like this???I SURE DON'T! He is a disgrace to ALL super lawyers and his tactics are inhumane for anyone who thinks hes a great lawyer i have 2 words for ya....HE'S NOT!!! and anyone who goes against him will be greeted with a guy who turns red in the face and whines like a little KID but if he knows he cant win the case he will try and seem decent in the court room that's how fake he really is!!! DO NOT GIVE HIM OR ANYONE IN HIS OFFICE SERVICES BECAUSE HE WILL TAKE EVERYTHING FROM YOU!!!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
