Trish and Dawton will take advantage of you. Beware. They have no idea what they're doing. Trish needs all this papwrwrk, that had nothing to do with our case, just so she could charge us for filing them. Charged us for an email court reminder even tho our lawyer never showed up to court. Worst lawyers in Lincolnton. Dont waste your time or money. Trish and Dawton accomplished nothing but filing paperwrk for $4,500. This place is a joke.

I got a speeding ticket and received their advertisement in the mail, so I called and ended up hiring them. When I went into the office I told them I needed a prayer for judgement. I was eligible and I have never had one before and I live alone. He agreed to speak to the DA and get one for me. I leave thinking okay cool it's going to cost me ~300$ but it'll be cheaper than the ticket with court costs and no insurance points so seemed like a good deal. I was told I didn't need to come to court, so I didn't go. Come to find out on court day Mr. King went in an got my ticket reduced to improper equipment. This is not what we agreed on and I truly feel I got screwed. I do not recommend this law firm whatsoever. When I asked why he didn't do what we agreed on he said improper equipment is what we agreed on if he could get it. That's a bold face LIE. So I ended up paying them ~300$ and STILL had to pay court fines and court fees. The ENTIRE POINT of me hiring them was to get a prayer for judgement to save money. It's possible he got his case load confused and I understand that and if that happened it is what it is but he is supposed to be a law professional and go by his word, not change everything and end up making me pay over TWICE what the ticket would have been if I would have just talked to the DA myself and got it reduced.
