Firm Information
Overview
The Jonas Law Firm, P.L.L.C., celebrates 100 years as a law firm in 2012. The firm's main office in Lincolnton, North Carolina, serves clients in the areas of real estate law, estate planning, probate, business formations and civil litigation. Many in our family of attorneys are related in some manner to one of the founding Jonas attorneys. We are now assisting second and third generations of clients. At The Jonas Law Firm, P.L.L.C., we have generations of attorneys serving generations of clients.
Unlike other law firms or legal practices, our attorneys are not general practitioners. Each of us doesn't try to be all things to all people. Instead, each of our attorneys focuses on just one or at most a few areas of law. For example, our estate planning attorney at The Jonas Law firm, P.L.L.C, focuses his practice 100 percent on estate planning and our board-certified family law attorney concentrates his practice on divorce and family law. We believe that a focused approach makes us better attorneys in our practice areas.
Our attorneys have a tradition of providing results as well as customer service. We have a comfortable family type of atmosphere in our law office and welcome new clients as well as old friends, colleagues and clients.
