Consulted Law firm 2019I want to speak briefly to the gracious customer service and vision Hank Van Hoy displayed within a few minutes. Even though I did not interact with him as a legal client, I believe these qualities would rate highly in terms of whom to trust with a legal dilemma. Mr. Van Hoy volunteers as a speaker guiding high school and middle school students through career decisions. Because of this, I asked for his similar assistance in guiding college students earning their degrees in Criminal justice. On the other line when I inquired, he called back within minutes. He was generous with his time and explanation even in a nonbillable manner in which he wasn't going to be able to be the most direct answer to my questions. He was calm, friendly, and easily forthcoming with other resources. These are qualities I would value if I were looking for an advocate for a matter in dispute.
