Hired Law firm 2022Definitely recommend! I hired Lynn Slaathaug Moen for a divorce matter. She was kind, caring, and straightforward. Her retainer was reasonable, and she answered questions in a timely matter.

Hired Law firm 2021Very poor at best do not pay the high retainer as in my case nothing got done unless I made a call to see what progress was being made or should I say the lack of. did not file documents in a timely fashion and cost me thousands of dollars because of it. seemed like I was always on the back burner and the secretary was doing all the work and when the retainer was used up Ashley Heitkamp would not take calls and sent an email saying she is no longer representing me. When I found a new firm they looked at my file and told me that it looked like a thousand dollar file not a seven thousand dollar file I knew I had been taken advantage of and after getting the matter resolved it only cost me a fraction of Ashley's retainer.
