My ex-employer is the largest home improvement retailer on the planet and they are self-insured when it comes to workers compensation. I was injured while working and my injury required surgery. When the surgery failed to fix my injury that's when my problems began. My employer tried to say there were existing problems (arthritis) and they cut me off of support.
