David is a graduate of Bethany College of West Virginia where he majored in history and political science. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Stark County Bar Association where he serves on the Court’s Judiciary Commitee, and Family Law Committee. David also serves as a mentor in the Supreme Court of Ohio Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program, training new lawyers on the fundamental skills and core values of professionalism essential to the practice of law.

David is a member of the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, and a member of Brookside Country Club.

He serves as Board President of Siffrin Residential Association and is on the Board of Directors of Arts In Stark. David is past Chairman of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival Ribs Burnoff and is a member of the sixth graduating class of Leadership Stark County. David has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (2010 & 2011).

David, his wife, Sharon and their daughters reside in Canton.
