Randy is a director of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. and serves on both the Management Committee and the Marketing Committee at the firm. His practice is concentrated in various business fields, including mergers and acquisitions, closely held corporations, commercial real estate and health care law.
He is a frequent lecturer on such topics as business succession planning, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
An Alliance, Ohio native, Randy is an honor graduate from The University of Mount Union and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Randy serves as Chairman of the Board of the University of Mount Union and as a member of its executive committee and Board of Trustees. He also serves as Chairman-elect of the Stark Development Board, and as a member of its executive committee and Board of Trustees. In addition, he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and executive committee of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Brookside Country Club.
Randy is the former president of both the Alliance Community Hospital Board of Trustees and Alliance Citizens Health Association Board of Trustees, and is past president of the Greater Alliance Development Corporation and is former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Stark State College. In addition to his civic involvement, he is also active in various professional associations including the Stark County Bar Association Corporate and Real Estate Committees, and the Society of Ohio Hospital Attorneys. Randy had been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (2008-2011) and was named to the list of Ohio Super Lawyers (2009 & 2010).
Randy and his wife, Ann, reside in Alliance, Ohio and are parents of three children, Christopher, Matthew, and Stephanie.
