Hired Law firm 2019Darrin Nye is one of the Best lawyers in Cincinnati Ohio. He won my case Trust me I have paid some of the best lawyers in Ohio and Ky but Darrin was a?? Are you ready for this? He was my child's and my Public Defender in my case. That's right and he fight like a Big time paid lawyer from the heart. And there is not many of them left around Ohio to fight like him for his clients! I have paid some of the Best lawyers big time cash and got the same results out of Darrin he's not afraid to fight the state or big firms he fights for his clients rights and for Justic not just for money! After all isent that what all lawyers should do for there clients? I hope that anyone who sees this makes the right chose and picks him because I have been in your shoes and had to hire a lawyer in the past who only cared about billing me for many hours bout did not show much results and then I had to hire another lawyer that would fight and not only bill me. After all we all only want what is best for our self and are family's and to win if possible. Good Luck!!!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
