Over his 30 years of representing injured workers and appearing before the Industrial Commission of Ohio on behalf of his clients, Mark has successfully obtained benefits for his clients including temporary total, permanent partial, wage loss, permanent total disability, and settlements.
In the area of social security disability benefits, Mark helps individuals navigate through the process of filing a claim and gathering the evidence necessary to have a successful outcome at the hearings. Hired Attorney 2020I highly recommend Mark L. Newman, Attorney at Law. I was hospitalized August 2017, with life threatening conditions, caused by medical illnesses I had managed for almost twenty years. After being moved out of Intensive Care, I was diagnosed with added problems. Still, upon discharge from the hospital, my plan was to return to my career. Unfortunately that didn't happened. I applied for Social Security Disability and was declined. That is when I contacted Mr. Newman. He scheduled an appointment with me right away and handled my appeal. He is knowledgeable, patient, answers all of my questions and is very detail oriented. His assistant was also helpful when I had questions and he was out of the office, in court. I wish to thank Attorney Mark Newman for everything he has done to help me. I know anyone who retains Mr. Newman as their lawyer will have a wonderful attorney.
