Hired Attorney 2023-2024Mr. Kunkel was on a traffic case for my brother. He failed to show up to court or inform my brother (his client) that he needed to be there. Without an attorney present or the client present, a bench warrant was issued. After several phone calls and voicemails to him and his paralegal, he never called us back and we had to get another attorney to handle it.

Hired Attorney 2020Joe Kunkel is a fighter. He negotiated a great deal for me. I got a OVI and blew double the limit. Joe got me off with NO jail time. I got unlimited driving privileges. I highly recommend Joe. You will have a fighter on your side and an attorney who knows how to negotiate with the prosecuting attorney.
