Richard Donahey founded our firm in 1968 with a singular purpose: to champion injured people. His 58 years in the courtroom and his admission to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1971 established the standard we continue to uphold. He is also among the few Ohio attorneys to hold an engineering degree from The Ohio State University, a background that strengthens our ability to identify the underlying causes behind catastrophic events.
Mr. Donahey helped shape a practice devoted exclusively to personal injury law. Where many firms are drawn to corporate work, we chose to stand with victims who need dedicated advocacy to rebuild their lives. Today, our four attorneys bring more than 140 years of combined trial and settlement experience to each case.
