Mr. Popp is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida and regularly assists Clients with estate planning in both locations. The legal system is complex, even more so in recent years. Having a knowledgeable counselor in your corner can spell the difference between an estate plan than functions as intended, or one that crumbles under pressure and creates more problems than it solves.

Across his years of experience, Attorney Popp has seen the impact that can occur to a family when a plan is not in place, or when DIY documents create problems. Prior to starting his own practice, Andy worked on both sides of the aisle in working to find solutions for his Clients. Whether this was in his role as a criminal prosecutor, or partner in other firms, the experience he gained has proven invaluable in advising Clients, and litigating cases on their behalf.
