Experienced attorney Nancy L. Sponseller founded her Dublin, Ohio, law firm, the Law Office of Nancy L. Sponseller, in 1984 with the goal of providing high-quality legal services to the people of the Columbus metropolitan area and surrounding Central Ohio. Today, over 30 years later, the residents of the area know to turn to her  firm for assistance with their legal needs in the areas of family law, estate planning and estate administration.

Ms. Sponseller began her legal career in 1977 after earning her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and being admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio. Over the years, she has established an exemplary reputation as a dedicated and knowledgeable attorney for her clients who find themselves in the most difficult of circumstances. Since January 1, 2006, The Ohio State Bar Association has recognized her as a board-certified specialist in family relations law.

From the beginning of collaborative family law in Central Ohio, in 1999, to the present, Ms. Sponseller has been extremely active in The Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals (and its predecessor organization), to promote this divorce process as a better way to divorce. She believes that the collaborative divorce process enables parties to resolve family law issues respectfully and efficiently without the financial and emotional destruction that is often the result of protracted contested divorce litigation, and for this reason she now focuses her family law practice on collaborative family law.
