Overview

Kyle M. Rapier is a partner of Rapier & Bowling Co. LPA, and a lifelong resident of Hamilton, Ohio. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys mixing his interest in flying, scuba diving, boating, hunting, shooting and other activities with his legal practice.

Kyle earned his high school diploma from Edgewood High School in 1996. After graduating, Kyle attended Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science as well as a Minor in Aeronautics and a Minor in Sociology of Law. While at Miami Kyle obtained his private pilot’s license. Kyle then earned his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While there, Kyle obtained a Certificate of Merit for academic excellence in Constitutional Law. Kyle was accepted to the Ohio Bar on May 8, 2006, as well as the United State’s District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Kyle was accepted to the Kentucky Bar on October 24, 2016.

Kyle Rapier is the son of Daniel and Lynn Rapier. While attending school and college, Kyle worked for the family electrical/construction business. Kyle believes that his blue-collar upbringing has instilled in him a strong work ethic. Such work ethic carries over to Kyle’s practice where he prides himself in his aggressive yet fair civil and criminal litigation. In addition to litigation, Kyle concentrates his practice in representing condominium and home owner’s associations (HOAs).

Kyle’s practice spans the states of Ohio and Kentucky as well as Federal Court. He is a member of the Butler County Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association.
