These guys are thieves. Made a huge mistake on my claim and took the 33% anyways before settling the mistake. I had to appeal and file a bunch of forms to make them pay back the fees. They refused to pay it back even after acknowledging they made the mistake. Mrs. Willis, in particular, made calls to me about this and forgot even talking with me. She actually kind of dared me to fire them, which I did, then called back 2 weeks later surprised and wanting to discuss why it happened lol. Terrible law firm. Pass on these guys.
