Hired Law firm 2023-2025I can’t thank Bartell, Georgalas & Juarez enough for the incredible work they did on my cousin’s immigration case. Their team showed exceptional dedication—even traveling from out of state to California to personally represent my cousin in court. From the start, they were professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to their hard work and commitment, my cousin’s case was a success! Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed and gave our family a sense of hope and confidence. If you’re looking for an immigration attorney who truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Bartell, Georgalas & Juarez. Their support made all the difference, and we are forever grateful.

Consulted Law firm 1982Hello, I'm looking for an good lawyer for my naturalisation case denied

Consulted Law firm 2024I am grateful and appreciative for the kindness of the knowledgeable attorneys behind this firm, who dedicate themselves serving those who are in need truly not just for money. I was surprised and thankful that they offered Free CONSULTATION for "immigration concerns or issues". They are super lawyers indeed. I spoke to one. I spoke to Atty Lauren, one of the attorneys in this firm regarding a noncitizen who was a green card holder seeking naturalization but was able to vote. I asked if it was safe or ok to proceed with the naturalization process since that person was already unregistered to vote? She was very helpful and very professional. She not only explained to me the situation but she also gave me advices such as - not to push through the naturalization process for now for it will require Removal Proceedings in this case. Though I was not really happy of the answer but it's the truth. At least, it gave us an idea on how to proceed with our plans. I will definitely recommend this law firm to my friends and family. Thank you.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
