While denials can be appealed, each appeal takes several months. Our firm handles clients' cases at all levels of administration, including the initial applications reconsiderations and hearings before the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR). We will pursue claims to the Appeals Council and litigate cases in Federal Court within Ohio.
