    Hired Law firm 2026
    Called and scheduled an appointment for an age discrimination. Was told they would call me at 10am on the specified date. No call. Waited 20 minutes. No call. I reached out later in the day and was told the attorney was busy and couldn't make my appointment. I said it would have been nice to know that because my time is also valuable. I rescheduled for another day. Spoke to an attorney for about 30 minutes. Sounded positive. He said he would discuss it with others in his group to see if my complaint was worth pursuing. I received an email the next evening saying they weren't going to pursue my claim. I responded to the email for an explanation why and never received anything back. I call two days later and asked the receptionist to leave the person I spoke to a message asking for a return call back as to why my case was not worth pursuing. Nothing. Didn't receive a phone call back. I then called and left a voicemail on the gentlemans phone asking to call me back or at least let me know why they weren't pursuing it. Again, nothing. Bottom line is: DON'T go with Spitz. If this is how they treat perspective clients, I wouldn't want them representing me. Look elsewhere.

    After being fired from an employer for no reason, I felt very depressed and upset! I called Spitz Law and explained to them what had happened!! Right away, the lady reassured me that the company i was working for was definitely in the wrong! Spitz Law made me instantly feel good again knowing that would have my back and fight for what was right! And thats exactly what they did! I appreciate everything they did for me! Brought my case to a close in the best way they could! Thank you Spitz Law!!
