Working with Ryan Ingram was a pleasure! He is very positive and charismatic with all the people at the courthouse which made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely refer him and hire him again if needed. Thank you Ryan, the outcome and what you did was exactly the way you said it was going to happen.

It’s never pleasant dealing with a legal matter. That being said, Frank Cassese is hands down the best attorney in the area. He came highly recommended to me and he lived up to expectations. Attorney Cassese is a dedicated, aggressive and exceptionally competent lawyer. More impressively, he is a good man who fights for his clients and is always honest and accessible. I would recommend attorney Cassese to anyone looking for the absolute best in legal representation.

Corey Grimm represented my girlfriend on a bunch of cases one of which being a felony 5 that she violated probation by catching more misdemeanor cases and fled for almost a year and didn't report. Corey got this felony case totally eliminated by negatively releasing her off the probation and she did NO TIME on any of the MM. Now she did have to sit for 53 days waiting to get into court and so on but otherwise was fine. And she had like 5 M1 in warren also with a walking out of court and not appearing back. She got 3 days with 177 suspended...180 suspended...180 suspended and 90 suspended. All I can say is this guy is definitely the REAL DEAL and will fight for you to keep you out of jail. Check this firm out and let them work for you if your in a jam with the law... WORTH EVERY PENNY

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
