Rather than assuming that every client needs the same solution, we examine the evidence, assess the circumstances and determine whether negotiation or litigation offers the strongest path forward. When taking a case to trial is necessary, we are prepared to do so.
Our approach is grounded in preparation. We look closely at the facts, anticipate arguments from the opposing side and identify opportunities to strengthen our clients’ positions.
