At Swain Law Group in Marietta, Oklahoma, we represent individuals throughout the state in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, probate and property rights matters. We have handled cases involving homicide, sex crimes, drug trafficking and other charges where the stakes are exceptionally high. Our job is not simply to move a case toward the quickest possible resolution. We first determine what outcome best protects the client and then build our strategy accordingly.
That philosophy makes us versatile advocates. We can negotiate when doing so creates a meaningful advantage, but we are equally prepared to fight in court when a negotiated resolution falls short. Our trial experience allows us to approach negotiations from a position of strength and gives our clients confidence that we will not shy away from a courtroom battle when one is necessary.
Outside criminal defense, we assist clients with family law disputes, personal injury claims, probate matters and property rights issues. Across every practice area, our emphasis remains the same: understand the client’s objectives, examine the facts closely and pursue a strategy designed for that particular situation.
Fourth-generation attorney Matt Swain leads our firm, and our attorneys provide hands-on involvement from beginning to end. We emphasize straightforward advice, prompt communication and accessibility, including day and night availability when circumstances require it.
