Hired Attorney 2011-2026Don Nevard Has a very long history of fraud, In 2011 he participated in a 100's of million dollar fraud where he and his Para legal Debbie Abbott helped orchestrate a Forgery to my Father's Probate, litigation is still going on I encourage everyone to look up his History from Sexual Harassment X 3 and in 2024 The Goodnight Firm filed another Sexual Harassment suit against him which I still going on in 2023 he was accused of Sexual Battery ADA Mcwee, handled that case, If you also do some research and you can pull a 1980"s CPS case where he was accused of Sexual Molesting his daughter Lisa he has several Bar Complaints as well as extensive history revolving forgery and fraud regarding Probate and other Business Crimes, Mr. Nevard recently knew he was going to lose the Civil Case we filed against not only did he close his Wells Fargo Advisory Account and tried to hide it at Morgan Stanley Jimmy Trortter the Managing Director was contacted and now his account is pending compliance approval Mr. Nevard has been an unethical behavior be he has also spent his whole adult career being a sexual predator again I encourage to look him up before your hire hix
