My wife and I used richard for our estate planning. I have never seen a lawyer spend so much time to go over every fine detail of our planning. My wife made several changes and Mr. Borg made all the changes and took the time to explain the details of each change. Richard Borg provided expert legal services for the estate of my son, Chris. Chris died unexpectedly in Tulsa, OK at the age of 32 and he had no legal will or testament. While I initially met Richard in Tulsa shortly after my son's death, it was not necessary for me to make trips back and forth between Virginia and Oklahoma during my tenure as Executor. A Third Amendment to our Trust was needed and created along with replacement documents for all of the other documents above We were pleased with his professional manner, time spent with us with explanations about changes that were needed, and found the fees for his service very reasonable.
